PADI IDC Indonesia Staff Instructor Course in Gili Trawangan | Trawangan Dive

Are you already a PADI Instructor with the MSDT rating? Do you remember taking your PADI Instructor Development Course? Why not consider taking your PADI IDC Staff Instructor Course?

The PADI Staff Instructor training allows seasoned instructors to not only refresh their skills and knowledge of teaching recreational PADI dive programs and of course to gain direct access to the latest updates on the entire range of programs. It also allows instructors the chance to help develop and shape the future generation of PADI Scuba Diving Instructors.

As an experienced PADI Scuba Diving Instructor you are already in a great position to share your knowledge, wisdom and experience of the dive industry to future instructors, effectively preparing divers to be next generation of industry leaders. As we all know divers can always benefit from continuing education and with the PADI Staff Instructor course you will be able to gain valuable in-depth instructor trainer knowledge.

In addition to all the courses you can teach as a PADI Instructor, a PADI Staff Instructor can also teach PADI Assistant Instructor courses and assist PADI Course Directors in conducting the PADI Instructor Development Course and Instructor level continuing education.

PADI IDC Staff Instructors are a vital part of the PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC) and the rating is a prerequisite for moving up the ladder in preparation to becoming a PADI Course Director. During the program you are required to not only re-sit the PADI Instructor written exams, but present topics within the IDC curriculum. As you gain experience as a Staff Instructor you will be directly influencing the development of PADI Divemasters and Assistant Instructor during their transformation towards becoming an Open Water Scuba Diving Instructor. During the program you will audit a complete IDC as a staff member rather than as a student and become a master of instructor-level dive theory, knowledge development teaching presentations and confined water teaching presentations

You will also find that some employers will require this level of training for management positions as it demonstrates a commitment to training and show that potential applicants are serious about their career.

All Instructor level programs take place at Trawangan Dive; the first established PADI Career Development Center (CDC) in Lombok and the Gili Islands. All Instructor level training is conducted by renowned Platinum PADI Course Director Holly Macleod.

To enroll on the program you will need to be at least 18 years old and already a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer.
